At Fit Force, we focus on children aged 4 to 12, addressing the lack of movement caused by today’s sedentary lifestyles. Generation Alpha, born after 2010, faces increasing risks of early obesity and physical underdevelopment, which can lead to insecurities as they enter their teens—a critical phase for building confidence and well-being. Our Physical Fitness Program for Kids runs three days a week in various apartment premises across Perumbakkam, Semencheri, and Pudupakkam. Additionally, we conduct monthly beach and hill training sessions to enhance endurance, agility, and overall fitness. Through this program, we also identify young talents using genetic brain profiling, helping us recommend the most suitable sports based on their natural abilities. We then provide specialized training and guide them toward tournament participation, ensuring they have the right foundation to excel in sports.
